Marriage Registration

  1. Couples must go through counselling with the officiating minister. 
  2. Couples should have a date for the celebration of their marriage. 
  3. The Registrar takes details of both couples. 21 Days’ Notice is filed by the Registrar. 
  4. The Registrar does 21 days of public engagement with the church on the said marriage. 
  5. Registrar Certificate is issued by the Registrar to the officiating minister and couples for the solemnization of the marriage after 21 days. 
  6. The Registrar/Church issues out the Customary/ Ordinance Certificate to the Couples after the celebration of the marriage. 
  7. It is the duty of the Registrar to officially witness the said marriage

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ERECTING ANY BUILDING 

  1. YOU WILL NEED YOUR BUILDING PLAN DRAWN
  2. YOU WILL NEED AN INDENTURE (A SITE PLAN)
  3. THERE WILL BE A SITE INSPECTION CARRIED OUT
  4. A PERMIT BILL WILL BE GENERATED FOR YOU
  5. PAYMENT OF PERMIT BILL
  6. THE BUILDING DRAWING WILL BE SENT TO SUB-TECH COMMITTEE
  7. AFTER THAT THE BUILDING DRAWING WILL BE SENT TO SPATIAL PLANNING COMMITTEE
  8. AFTER APPROVAL FROM BOTH COMMITTEE, THE PERMIT PROCESS WILL BE INITIATED FOR STAMPING AND SIGNING.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE PUTTING UP AN OUTDOOR  ADVERTISEMENT POST

 

  1. YOU WILL NEED TO PPROVIDE THE TYPE OF SIGN POST
  2. THE HEIGHT OF THE SIGN POST
  3. SIZE OF THE SIGN POST
  4. LOCATION WHERE THE SIGN POST WILL BE MOUNTED
  5. THERE WILL BE A SITE INSPECTION AFTER THE ABOVE HAVE BEEN PROVIDED
  6. THE BILL FOR THE SIGN POST WILL BE GENERATED
  7. PAYMENT OF THE BILL SHOULD BE MADE TO GIVE THE GO AHEAD FOR MOUNTING
